To secure the Federal voting rights of persons when released from incarceration.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

To establish the Truth and Healing Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies in the United States, and for other purposes.

To improve the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network, and for other purposes.

To encourage increased trade and investment between the United States and the countries in the Western Balkans, and for other purposes.

To allow Americans to earn paid sick time so that they can address their own health needs and the health needs of their families.

To authorize dedicated domestic terrorism offices within the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity and require the Federal Government to take steps to prevent domestic terrorism.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disallow a deduction for charitable contributions for certain purposes relating to college athletics.

To authorize the Secretary of the Interior, through the Coastal Program of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, to work with willing partners and provide support to efforts to assess, protect, restore, and enhance important coastal landscapes that provide fish and wildlife habitat on which certain Federal trust species depend, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in recognition of the late Prime Minister Golda Meir and the 75th anniversary of the United States-Israel relationship.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to strengthen the drug pricing reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to conform to the intent of the Internal Revenue Service Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998 (Public Law 105–206), as set forth in the joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference accompanying Conference Report 105–599, that the National Taxpayer Advocate be able to hire and consult counsel as appropriate.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to strengthen the drug pricing reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act.

To amend the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to protect civil rights and otherwise prevent meaningful harm to third parties, and for other purposes.

To require full funding of part A of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

To amend the Peace Corps Act by reauthorizing the Peace Corps, providing better support for current, returning, and former volunteers, and for other purposes.

To establish the position of Special Envoy to the Pacific Islands Forum.

To amend chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, to prevent Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children from trading stocks and owning stocks, and for other purposes.
