To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, and for other purposes.

To promote space situational awareness and space traffic coordination and to modify the functions and leadership of the Office of Space Commerce, and for other purposes.

To strengthen the national security of the United States by decreasing the reliance of the Department of Defense on critical minerals from the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea, and other geostrategic competitors and adversaries of the United States, and for other purposes.

To require the purchase of domestically made flags of the United States of America for use by the Federal Government.

To amend provisions relating to the Office of the Inspector General of the Government Accountability Office, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant Program Authorization Act of 2018, and for other purposes.

To amend the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 to clarify a provision relating to certain contents of registrations under that Act.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to require Federal agencies to submit to the Comptroller General of the United States a report on rules that are revoked, suspended, replaced, amended, or otherwise made ineffective.

To establish an advisory group to encourage and foster collaborative efforts among individuals and entities engaged in disaster recovery relating to debris removal, and for other purposes.
