Agriculture Resilience Act of 2025

Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2025, as the eighth annual Black Maternal Health Week, founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc. (BMMA), to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.

To authorize support for Ukraine, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Executive branch from engaging in any reorganization of the Department of State without congressional consultation and approval.

To require Federal agencies to conduct a benefit-cost analysis on relocations involving the movement of employment positions to different areas, and for other purposes.

To improve the visibility, accountability, and oversight of agency software asset management practices, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the repayment by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs of benefits misused by a fiduciary, and for other purposes.

Federal Retirement Fairness Act

To amend the Taiwan Assurance Act of 2020 to require periodic reviews and updated reports relating to the Department of State’s Taiwan Guidelines.

To require the resumption of demining activities, the clearance of unexploded ordnance, the destruction of small arms, and related activities by the Department of State, and for other purposes.

To amend the America COMPETES Act to establish certain scientific integrity policies for Federal agencies that fund, conduct, or oversee scientific research, and for other purposes.

To clarify the applicability of the Freedom of Information Act to certain federally established entities, and for other purposes.

To include the Czech Republic in the list of foreign states whose nationals are eligible for admission into the United States as E1 nonimmigrants if United States nationals are treated similarly by the Government of the Czech Republic.

To transfer and limit Executive Branch authority to suspend or restrict the entry of a class of aliens.
