Supersonic Aviation Modernization Act

To authorize a grant to encourage recruitment of law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a New World screwworm fly rearing facility, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Attorney General to make grants for the creation and operation of veterans response teams within law enforcement agencies, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify that a permit is not required under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System for a discharge resulting from the aerial application of certain products used for fire control and suppression, and for other purposes.

To establish a commission on fiscal responsibility and reform.

To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to increase payments for drought-resilient or water-saving practices and to provide additional payments for perennial production systems, and for other purposes.

To establish a grant pilot program to provide child care services for the minor children of law enforcement officers to accommodate the shift work and nontraditional work hours of such officers, and to enhance recruitment and retention of such officers.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate the clean electricity production credit and clean electricity investment credit with respect to certain technologies, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for terms and conditions for nonimmigrant workers performing agricultural labor or services, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of May 2025 as National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month.

Expressing support for the month of May as Fallen Heroes Memorial Month.

To amend title 39, United States Code, to modernize and enhance the fair distribution of the Postal Service, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants to local governments for the training of local law enforcement officers on public health threats arising from violations of building codes, and for other purposes.

Supporting the recognition of April 4, 2025, as the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, and reaffirming the leadership of the United States in eliminating landmines and unexploded ordnance.

To amend the Visit America Act to promote music tourism, and for other purposes.

To award 3 Congressional Gold Medals to the members of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, in recognition of their extraordinary achievement at the 1980 Winter Olympics where, being comprised of amateur collegiate players, they defeated the dominant Soviet hockey team in the historic Miracle on Ice, revitalizing American morale at the height of the Cold War, inspiring generations and transforming the sport of hockey in the United States.

Recognizing linemen, the profession of linemen, the contributions of these brave men and women who protect public safety, and expressing support for the designation of April 18, 2025, as "National Lineman Appreciation Day".

To amend chapter 11 of title 31, United States Code, to require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to annually submit to Congress a report on all disaster-related assistance provided by the Federal Government.

FDA Modernization Act 3.0
