To amend chapter 77 of title 5, United States Code, to ensure timely rulings by the Merit Systems Protection Board on appeals by Federal employees and applicants for employment.

To adjust the effective date of any adjustment based on Consumer Price Index to rail passenger liability cap that occurs during calendar year 2026.

To prohibit any Executive agency from terminating employees during any period in which there is a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to require air carriers to transfer funds to a ticket agent for cancelled or significantly delayed or changed flights within the time required for air carriers and ticket agents to provide refunds to passengers, and for other purposes.

Baltic Security Assessment Act of 2025

Expressing support for the recognition of September 22, 2025, to September 28, 2025, as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week.

Condemning attempts to use Federal regulatory power or litigation to suppress lawful speech, particularly speech critical of a political party or the President of the United States, and warning against the rise of authoritarianism.

POJA Act of 2025

To provide guidance for and investment in the upgrade and modernization of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Weather Radio All Hazards network, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to carry out a grant program to support the recruitment and retention of paraprofessionals in public elementary schools, secondary schools, and preschool programs, and for other purposes.

Medical Student Education Authorization Act of 2025

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize certain health care professionals employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs to deliver, distribute, or dispense to veterans certain controlled medications via telemedicine under certain conditions, and for other purposes.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Dam Safety Program Act to reauthorize certain assistance to States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to provide enhanced safety in pipeline transportation, and for other purposes.
