To restrict certain Federal grants for States that grant driver licenses to illegal immigrants and fail to share information about criminal aliens with the Federal Government.

To amend the Uniform Code of Military Justice to expand prohibitions against the wrongful broadcast, distribution, or publication of intimate visual images, including digital forgeries, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the award of Federal education funds to educational institutions and agencies that do not allow for religious exemptions to vaccination requirements, and for other purposes.

To clarify protections related to sex and sex-segregated spaces and to activities under title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

To prohibit activities that promote critical race theory and diversity, equity, and inclusion at schools operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity, and for other purposes.

To require that appointments and selections to United States Military Academy, United States Naval Academy, and United States Air Force Academy be made solely in order of merit as determined by a standardized candidate composite score, to prohibit the consideration of race, sex, color, ethnicity, national origin, or religion in service academy admissions, and for other purposes.

To ensure equal opportunity, racial neutrality, and the exclusive use of merit in military personnel decisions, and for other purposes.

To amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Attorney General to develop a database of sanctuary jurisdictions, prohibit Federal funds from being obligated or expended with respect to such jurisdictions, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to limit the use of educational requirements or qualifications in evaluating candidates for certain cybersecurity positions in the competitive service, and for other purposes.

To authorize a civil right of action for individuals on whom gender-related medical treatment was performed while such individual was a minor, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to exempt from inspection the slaughter of animals and the preparation of carcasses conducted at a custom slaughter facility, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the Director of the National Institutes of Health from conducting or funding research that causes significant pain or distress to a dog or cat, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that an alien who has been convicted of harming animals used in law enforcement is inadmissible and deportable, and for other purposes.
