To require agencies to update mortgage underwriting programs, guidelines, standards, and systems to require lenders to consider, in the mortgage credit evaluation process, any amounts a borrower has in any brokerage account associated with a cryptocurrency exchange.

To require elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to ensure biological fairness in women’s sports as a condition of receiving Federal funds, and for other purposes.

To require hospitals, medical examiner offices, and coroner offices to report to the Consumer Product Safety Commission with respect to certain incidents involving the death or serious injury of a child, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to make certain contributions to local authorities to mitigate the risk of flooding on local property adjacent to medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the heads of executive agencies from asking about gender identity on any form or survey, to require executive agencies provide male and female as the only options to respond to questions about sex or gender on any forms or surveys and for other purposes.

Ensuring Justice for Camp Lejeune Victims Act of 2025

To direct certain Federal agencies to report to Congress on whether such agencies have implemented guidance from the Office of Management and Budget with respect to the disclosure of personal information, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week including June 23, 2025, as National Women’s Sports Week to celebrate the anniversary of the passage of title IX and the growth of women’s sports.

FIGHT Act of 2025

To prohibit sanctuary jurisdictions from receiving community development block grants.

To amend section 235 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to remove certain exceptions with respect to the inspection of applicants for admission.

To provide that Federal funds may not be made available to lawless jurisdictions, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of State to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization.
