To establish the Interstate Paid Leave Action Network to provide support and incentives for the development and adoption of an interstate agreement that facilitates streamlined benefit delivery, reduced administrative burden, and coordination and harmonization of State paid family and medical leave programs to benefit employees, States, and employers.

To support infrastructure investment in small law enforcement agencies and small fire departments.

To extend the National Flood Insurance Program through December 31, 2026.

To require the Small Business Administration, the Appalachian Regional Commission, and the Delta Regional Authority to enter into an agreement to carry out activities to expand rural entrepreneurship, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the firearm transfer tax, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of March 18, 2025, as National Agriculture Day and celebrating the importance of agriculture as one of the most impactful industries in the United States.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay for disability retirees with combat-related disabilities, and for other purposes.

FOCA Act of 2025

To prohibit Federal funds from being made available to international financial institutions for the purposes of financing foreign shrimp farms, and for other purposes.

Recognizing and honoring teachers who have earned or maintained National Board Certification.

To repeal restrictions on the export and import of natural gas.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to provide that the President shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, the Chief of the Forest Service.
