To amend the Passport Act of June 4, 1920 to authorize certain public libraries to collect and retain a fee for the execution of a passport application.

Recognizing the 15th Anniversary of the January 8, 2011, Tucson, Arizona, shooting and honoring the survivors, victims, and former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, a gun violence survivor, and one of the Nation's most influential voices of courage in the fight to end gun violence.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should reduce and maintain the Federal unified budget deficit at or below 3 percent of gross domestic product.

To direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from Venezuela that have not been authorized by Congress.

To prohibit the use of funds to use military force in or against Venezuela, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to establish a digital system for the submission of complaints relating to access issues at military medical treatment facilities, and for other purposes.

Biological Intellectual Property Protection Act of 2025

To safeguard the rights of workers and protect children by responsibly increasing civil monetary penalties and other means.

Military in Law Enforcement Accountability Act

To direct the Secretary of Defense to establish a pilot program to provide certain members of the Armed Forces with timely and relevant information via text message, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve access to certain medications under the TRICARE program, and for other purposes.

Independence Investment Fund Act

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require a supermajority vote of Members present and voting to subject a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner to the censure or disapproval of the House, or removal from committee membership.

To provide for health coverage with no cost-sharing for additional breast screenings for certain individuals at greater risk for breast cancer.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), and marital status in the administration and provision of child welfare services, to improve safety, well-being, and permanency for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer or questioning foster youth, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign persons responsible for violations of the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) individuals, and for other purposes.

Restoring Food Security for American Families and Farmers Act of 2025

Biomanufacturing Excellence Act of 2025

To prohibit the use of the Exchange Stabilization Fund of the Department of the Treasury to bail out Argentina’s financial markets, and to instead use that funding to provide for a farmer tariff relief package.

To ensure that certain members of the Armed Forces who served in female cultural support teams receive proper credit for such service.
