To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to promote transparency in health coverage and reform pharmacy benefit management services with respect to group health plans, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to hire armed Federal regulatory enforcement officers in certain agencies.

To prohibit certain Federal activity with respect to the promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month and the display of flags representing sexual orientation or gender identity on Federal property or grounds, and for other purposes.

To clarify the inability of the President to declare national emergencies under the National Emergencies Act, major disasters or emergencies under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and public health emergencies under the Public Health Service Act on the premise of climate change, and for other purposes.

To amend the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to provide for discretionary spending limits for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to require an Act of Congress for certain activities related to the issuance of a central bank digital currency, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit investments under the Thrift Savings Plan in certain mutual funds that make investment decisions based primarily on environmental, social, or governance criteria, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Transportation Security Administration from using the X gender designation in the TSA PreCheck advanced security program, and for other purposes.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Joint Items, Joint Economic Committee for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, Student Financial Assistance for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Executive Office of the President, White House, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Contribution to the African Development Bank for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper for fiscal year 2024.
