To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to prohibit exchanges from effecting transactions in securities issued by natural asset companies, and for other purposes.

United States-Israel Defense Partnership Act of 2025

To transfer the functions, duties, responsibilities, assets, liabilities, orders, determinations, rules, regulations, permits, grants, loans, contracts, agreements, certificates, licenses, and privileges of the United States Agency for International Development relating to implementing and administering the Food for Peace Act to the Department of Agriculture.

To amend the CARES Act to extend the statute of limitations for fraud under certain unemployment programs, and for other purposes.

Fair Access to Banking Act

To provide for the consideration of a definition of antisemitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance for the enforcement of Federal antidiscrimination laws concerning education programs or activities, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a rule requiring access to AM broadcast stations in motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

Nancy Gardner Sewell Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to determine global intangible low-taxed income without regard to certain income derived from services performed in the Virgin Islands.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for an election to expense certain qualified sound recording costs otherwise chargeable to capital account.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to codify the Panel of Health Advisors within the Congressional Budget Office, and for other purposes.

Life at Conception Act

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit abortion in cases where a fetal heartbeat is detectable.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to allow schools that participate in the school lunch program under such Act to serve whole milk.

RIFLE Act of 2025

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prevent harm and disruption to the United States agriculture industry by protecting against foreign influence over agriculture production and supply chains, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of funds to seek membership in the World Health Organization or to provide assessed or voluntary contributions to the World Health Organization.

Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025

To remove the lesser prairie-chicken from the lists of threatened species and endangered species published pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 and to amend that Act to exclude the lesser prairie-chicken from the authority of that Act.
