To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the unlawful disposal of fetal remains.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the sermon given by the Right Reverend Mariann Edgar Budde at the National Prayer Service on January 21st, 2025, at the National Cathedral was a display of political activism and condemning its distorted message.

To amend the definitions of firearm silencer and firearm muffler in section 921 of title 18, United States Code, and for other purposes.

RIFLE Act of 2025

To require U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take into custody certain aliens who have been charged in the United States with a crime that resulted in the death or serious bodily injury of another person, and for other purposes.

To remove the lesser prairie-chicken from the lists of threatened species and endangered species published pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 and to amend that Act to exclude the lesser prairie-chicken from the authority of that Act.

Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act

To require assessments for Foreign Terrorist Organization designations, authorize certain appropriations for certain fiscal years for Operation Stonegarden, and for other purposes.

Prohibiting Members of the House of Representatives from bringing or displaying a flag of a foreign nation on the floor of the House, and for other purposes.

To ensure equal treatment for certain faith-based organizations in certain Small Business Administration programs.

Recognizing that article I, section 10 of the United States Constitution explicitly reserves to the States the sovereign power to repel an invasion and defend their citizenry from the overwhelming and "imminent danger" posed by paramilitary, narco-terrorist cartels, terrorists and criminal actors who seized control of our southern border.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to establish deadlines for States to count the ballots cast in elections for Federal office and to certify the results of such elections, and for other purposes.

To amend section 235(b)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to require the implementation of the Migrant Protection Protocols.

To establish trust funds relating to border security, and for other purposes.

Hearing Protection Act

To rescind certain balances made available to the Internal Revenue Service and redirect them to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

To require that the flag of the United States of America be flown at its highest peak on Inauguration Day.

To authorize the President to seek to enter into negotiations with the Kingdom of Denmark to secure the acquisition of Greenland by the United States.
