To amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage of certain services furnished by freestanding emergency centers.

To award 3 Congressional Gold Medals to the members of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, in recognition of their extraordinary achievement at the 1980 Winter Olympics where, being comprised of amateur collegiate players, they defeated the dominant Soviet hockey team in the historic Miracle on Ice, revitalizing American morale at the height of the Cold War, inspiring generations and transforming the sport of hockey in the United States.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to treat amounts paid for private umbilical cord blood, or umbilical cord tissue, banking services as medical care expenses.

To require the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to review any purchase or lease of real estate near a military installation or military airspace in the United States by a foreign person connected to or subsidized by the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, or the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the firearm transfer tax, and for other purposes.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to require the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation to test a model to improve access to specialty health services for certain Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and certain other weapons from the definition of firearms for purposes of the National Firearms Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the application of the base erosion and anti-abuse tax with respect to certain entities connected to jurisdictions which have implemented an extraterritorial tax.

To eliminate taxpayer funding for the partisan broadcasting outlets known as National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service, and for other purposes.

Establishing the Select Committee to Defeat the Mexican Drug Cartels.

Calling on the Government of Panama to expel officials and interests of the People’s Republic of China and terminate Chinese management of key Panamanian ports.

To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to measure improper payments and establish goals for eliminating fraud and improper payments under the program of block grants to States for temporary assistance for needy families, and for other purposes.

American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act of 2025

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 620 East Pecan Boulevard in McAllen, Texas, as the Agent Raul H. Gonzalez Jr. Memorial Post Office Building.

To repeal restrictions on the export and import of natural gas.

To revise the authority provided to the President to impose export licensing requirements or other restrictions on the export of crude oil from the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reinstate the exception for de minimis payments by third party settlement organizations with respect to returns relating to payments made in settlement of payment card and third party network transactions, as in effect prior to the enactment of the American Rescue Plan Act, and for other purposes.

Censuring Representative Al Green of Texas.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to modify the criteria for designation of rural emergency hospitals.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the exemption for telehealth services from certain high deductible health plan rules.
