An act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14.

To eliminate taxpayer funding for the partisan broadcasting outlets known as National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reinstate the exception for de minimis payments by third party settlement organizations with respect to returns relating to payments made in settlement of payment card and third party network transactions, as in effect prior to the enactment of the American Rescue Plan Act, and for other purposes.

To provide the President with authority to enter into a comprehensive trade agreement with the United Kingdom, and for other purposes.

Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the credit for new clean vehicles, and for other purposes.

To require the United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission to obtain input from stakeholders when drafting certain minutes relating to the Rio Grande, and for other purposes.

To reform the process for listing a species as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and for other purposes.

To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to modify temporarily certain rates of duty, and for other purposes.

To counter the malign influence and theft perpetuated by the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to modify False Claims Act procedures, and for other purposes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To allow a period in which members of the clergy may revoke their exemption from Social Security coverage, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to codify the Trump administration rule on reporting requirements of exempt organizations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a tax on the acquisition of United States agricultural interests by disqualified persons.

To amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to designate the Texas and New Mexico portions of the future Interstate-designated segments of the Port-to-Plains Corridor as Interstate Route 27, and for other purposes.

To provide for a responsible increase to the debt ceiling, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent certain provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act affecting individuals, families, and small businesses, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.

To treat certain liquidations of new motor vehicle inventory as qualified liquidations of LIFO inventory for purposes of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
