PART Act

To define showerhead for the purpose of determining the acceptable water pressure for a showerhead, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of race-based or sex-based criteria in the administration of certain Department of Agriculture programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require the Congressional Budget Office to provide to Congress information on payments from the Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund and the Disability Insurance Trust Fund, and for other purposes.

A resolution honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Edwin J. Feulner, and commending Dr. Feulner for his life-long commitment to the conservative movement and his distinct contributions to his country.

To amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act to repeal certain Federal building energy efficiency performance standards, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that an alien who has been convicted of harming animals used in law enforcement is inadmissible and deportable, and for other purposes.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to minimum participation standards for pension plans and qualified trusts.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 890 East 152nd Street in Cleveland, Ohio, as the Technical Sergeant Alma Gladys Minter Post Office Building.

To prohibit the acquisition and ownership of agricultural land and residential real property by certain foreign entities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to exempt from inspection the slaughter of animals and the preparation of carcasses conducted at a custom slaughter facility, and for other purposes.

SHOWER Act

To promote fair and equal treatment by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration with respect to certain firearms industry applicants for assistance, and for other purposes.

Denouncing the attack on a U.S. Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas, on July 7, 2025.

To codify certain Executive Orders relating to critical minerals.

A resolution solemnly marking the one-year anniversary of the attempted assassination of President Donald J. Trump, condemning the multiple attempts against the President’s life, condemning those who incite violence against political officials, and honoring the victims of the shooting.

Expressing support for the designation of July 10th as Journeyman Lineworkers Recognition Day.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of June 30 through July 4, 2025, as National Tire Safety Week in the United States, and supporting the goals and ideals of National Tire Safety Week to educate American motorists about the importance of proper tire care and maintenance.

To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from granting parole to certain dangerous aliens, and for other purposes.

To require adequate traceability for expenditures by the Federal Government.
