Tyler Clementi Higher Education Anti-Harassment Act of 2025

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 15, 2025, as National Latino Gastronomic Cuisine Week, and celebrating the vibrant and diverse culinary traditions of Latino gastronomy.

Expressing support for increasing the number of Latino students and young professionals entering careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields.

To repeal changes to Medicaid cost sharing requirements and the exclusion for orphan drugs under the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish a system to notify individuals approaching Medicare eligibility.

To direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to investigate and report on the prices for pad sites in manufactured home communities, and for other purposes.

Reproductive Freedom for Veterans Act

To authorize funding of enriched resident services in federally assisted affordable housing, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life of Dr. Paul Farmer by recognizing the duty of the Federal Government to adopt a 21st-century global health solidarity strategy and take actions to address past and ongoing harms that undermine the health and well-being of people around the world.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal certain changes to provider taxes under the Medicaid program.

To amend titles XIX and XXI of the Social Security Act to provide for continuous eligibility for certain children under the Medicaid program and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

Supporting the designation of the week of August 25 through August 29, 2025, as the third annual National Community Health Worker Awareness Week.

No Surprises Act Enforcement Act

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for a behavioral and mental health outreach and education strategy to reduce stigma associated with mental health among the Hispanic and Latino population, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to require a Federal medical assistance percentage of 100 percent for urban Indian organizations, and for other purposes.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Housing Act to direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to establish a program to insure certain second liens secured against property for the purpose of financing the construction of an accessory dwelling unit, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to permit supplementation of health records of deceased veterans, and for other purposes.
