Expressing support for the designation of September 2024 as National Campus Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

To amend the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to provide enhanced enforcement authority for occupational safety and health protections applicable to the legislative branch, to provide whistleblower protections and other antidiscrimination protections for employees of the legislative branch, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of August 22, 2024, as national Chuck Brown Day, and honoring his contributions to music and to the District of Columbia.

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act and title 5, United States Code, to require group health plans, health insurance issuers offering group or individual health insurance coverage, and Federal Employees Health Benefits Program health benefits plans to meet certain requirements with respect to medical child support orders, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for a national program to conduct and support activities toward the goal of significantly reducing the number of cases of overweight and obesity among individuals in the United States.

To permit law enforcement officers of the Department of the Treasury to carry service weapons to their place of residence while off duty, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make notices of intent to operate under section 501(c)(4) publicly available in the same manner as applications for exemption from tax.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to establish an educational assistance program to encourage the enlistment of persons in, and retention of members of, the District of Columbia National Guard by providing to certain such members financial assistance to attend undergraduate, vocational, or technical courses.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to limit the ability to assess a fee for health care services for prisoners, and for other purposes.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to repeal the authorities of the Government Accountability Office with respect to the District of Columbia government, and for other purposes.

To amend the REAL ID Act of 2005 to allow States to determine whether to require licenses and other identification to list a gender or sex, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide support to university law school programs that are designed to provide legal assistance to veterans, and for other purposes.

To amend title 4, United States Code, to permit the flag of the United States to be flown at half-staff in the event of the death of the Mayor of the District of Columbia.

To provide for supplemental appropriations to increase the number of Americorps members and to increase the living allowances of such members, and for other purposes.

To create a national commission to combat workplace sexual harassment, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to expand the authority of the Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to assess penalties for violations of laws and regulations relating to the shipping of household goods, and for other purposes.

Recognizing on Memorial Day, May 27, 2024, the denial of full participation in their Government through statehood by active duty servicemembers, National Guard members, reservists, veterans, and their families who are residents of the District of Columbia.

To amend the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2024, to make a technical correction to the Federal payment made in such Act to the District of Columbia Public Defender Service.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Army from implementing a withdrawn rule relating to restricted access to the Washington Channel in Washington, DC, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the disenfranchisement of District of Columbia residents, calling for statehood for the District of Columbia through the enactment of the Washington, D.C. Admission Act, and expressing support for the designation of May 1, 2024, as D.C. Statehood Day.
