To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to allow local educational agencies to use Federal funds for programs and activities that address chronic absenteeism, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of July 3 through July 10, 2026, as "National Extreme Heat Awareness Week", a national event educating the public on the dangers of extreme heat and the risks of extreme heat events to public safety, infrastructure, agriculture, and much more, and supporting the goals of a National Extreme Heat Awareness Week.

Recognizing Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) as a serious feeding and eating disorder and acknowledging the urgent need to advance awareness, early identification, research, and equitable access to care.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the tax credit for contributions of individuals to scholarship granting organizations, and for other purposes.

Strengthening Social Security Act of 2026

To provide paid family and medical leave to Federal employees, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of Education to award grants to create evidence-based student success programs designed to increase participation, retention, and completion rates of high-need students.

To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide that entrance fees shall not be charged for entry to Federal recreational lands and water on certain days, and for other purposes.

To address the enforcement of the immigration laws with respect to unaccompanied minors.

Acknowledging and apologizing for the mistreatment of, and discrimination against, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals who served the United States in the uniformed services, the Foreign Service, and the Federal civil service and committing to the pursuit of equal rights, protections, and respect for all LGBT servicemembers and Federal civil servants.

To amend the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to expand the Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion to encompass LGBTQI+ inclusion, and for other purposes.

To establish an independent Children's Commission and position of Commissioner, and for other purposes.

Commemorating 10 years since the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida, on June 12, 2016.
