Artificial Intelligence Civil Rights Act of 2025

To authorize the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to make grants to eligible entities for use to eliminate blight and assist in neighborhood revitalization, and for other purposes.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

To facilitate efficient investments and financing of infrastructure projects and new job creation through the establishment of a National Infrastructure Bank, and for other purposes.

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Energy to fund projects to restore and modernize National Laboratories, and for other purposes.

To impose a moratorium on closing, suspending, terminating leases of, ceasing construction of, consolidating, or otherwise imposing any new limitation on access to facilities of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to include extreme heat in the definition of a major disaster.

Recognizing the threat of extreme weather to children’s health and well-being, and expressing the sense of Congress that solutions must be rapidly and equitably developed and deployed to address the unique vulnerabilities and needs of children.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from heat-related injuries and illnesses.

Recognizing that climate change poses a growing threat to public health and necessitates coordinated action to mitigate its impacts and safeguard the health and well-being of all people in the United States.

To establish the National Police Misuse of Force Investigation Board, and for other purposes.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to limit the construction of new courthouses under certain circumstances, and for other purposes.

SHIPS for America Act of 2025

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To designate certain National Forest System land and certain public land under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture in the States of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming as wilderness, wild and scenic rivers, wildland recovery areas, and biological connecting corridors, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.

To make housing more affordable, and for other purposes.

To establish a Department of Peacebuilding, and for other purposes.
