Fentanyl is a WMD Act

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To amend the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 to clarify the standards for family detention, and for other purposes.

To require a citizenship question on the decennial census, to require reporting on certain census statistics, and to modify apportionment of Representatives to be based on United States citizens instead of all persons.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act with respect to aliens associated with criminal gangs, and for other purposes.

To provide for a right of action against Federal employees for violations of First Amendment rights.

To require that the Amtrak Board of Directors comply with the open meetings requirements of section 552b of title 5, United States Code, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require proof of United States citizenship to register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 211 of title 18, United States Code, to modify venue for certain offenses.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a means by which nonresidents of a State whose residents may carry concealed firearms may also do so in the State.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit fraud in connection with posting bail.

To amend the Clean Air Act to eliminate a waiver under that Act, to eliminate an authorization for States to use new motor vehicle emission and new motor vehicle engine emissions standards identical to standards adopted in California, and for other purposes.

To enhance national security and energy independence through comprehensive offshore energy resource assessment and mapping, to establish a framework for the regular review and standardization of offshore resource exploration methodologies, to streamline the permitting process for offshore geological and geophysical surveys, and to provide for related purposes.

To require the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to utilize a risk-informed, performance-based licensing approach to the maximum extent practicable for the purpose of expediting the nuclear licensing process, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to modify provisions relating to kidnapping, sexual abuse, and illicit sexual conduct with respect to minors.

To rescind unobligated COVID–19 relief funds and certain infrastructure funds to offset the cost of the supplemental foreign assistance made available for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To direct the United States Postal Service to designate single, unique ZIP Codes for certain communities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to deem any sunscreen or cosmetic containing parabens to be adulterated.

To amend the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982 to improve the management of royalties from oil and gas leases, and for other purposes.
