American Franchise Act

To repeal the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 enacted by the District of Columbia Council.

To prohibit the award of Federal education funds to educational institutions and agencies that do not allow for religious exemptions to vaccination requirements, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 and amendments to that Act.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to include additional items within the definition of restricted personal information.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to end the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers, and for other purposes.

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Bloomington, Illinois, as the Andrew Jackson Smith Medal of Honor Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic.

To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to exempt from inspection the slaughter of animals and the preparation of carcasses conducted at a custom slaughter facility, and for other purposes.

To establish a Federal tort against pediatric gender clinics and other entities pushing gender-transition procedures that cause bodily injury to children or harm the mental health of children.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Chad Robichaux, Sarah Verardo, Tim Kennedy, Kevin Rourke, Sean Gabler, Dave Johnson, and Dennis Price, in recognition of their exceptional efforts and selfless dedication during the Afghanistan evacuation in 2021, which led to the safe evacuation of over 17,000 people from Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.

To require the Secretary of Defense to submit a report on foreign-made small arms and light weapons, and for other purposes.

Honoring the brave men and women who participated in the Afghanistan evacuation in 2021 following the United States withdrawal, for their extraordinary efforts and exceptional service in the safe evacuation of over 17,000 people from Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Federal charter for the National Education Association.

To amend the Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require prior approval from Congress before the Comptroller General may pursue a civil action under such Act, and for other purposes.

To prohibit fetal remains in publicly owned water systems, and for other purposes.

To provide that the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to Updating the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Regulation shall have no force or effect.

To prohibit certain Federal activity with respect to the promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month and the display of flags representing sexual orientation or gender identity on Federal property or grounds, and for other purposes.

Baseload Reliability Protection Act

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to expand penalties for illegal entry and presence.
