To authorize the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces to combat transnational organized crime and to reduce the availability of illicit narcotics in the United States by using a prosecutor-led, multi-agency approach to enforcement, and for other purposes.

To require certain States to submit a continuity of operations plan for elections in the event of a major disaster, to require the Comptroller General of the United States to report on assistance for election administration in the event of a major disaster, and to require the Election Assistance Commission to award grants to strengthen elections against climate change-driven disasters, and for other purposes.

Supporting the recognition of September 16, 2025, as National Voter Registration Day.

To amend the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to include spotted lanternfly control research and development as high-priority research and extension initiative, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for designation of May 16, 2025, as the National Day of Light.

To create a grant program to support the development of innovative learning models, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to change certain Federal Pell Grant requirements for certain students with disabilities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize and improve the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the significance of Sjögren’s disease as a serious and systemic autoimmune disease and expressing support for the designation of April 2025 as Sjögren’s Awareness Month.

To expand medical, employment, and other benefits for individuals serving as family caregivers for certain veterans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the standard charitable mileage rate for delivery of meals to elderly, disabled, frail, and at-risk individuals.

Preventing Deepfakes of Intimate Images Act

To provide for research and education with respect to triple-negative breast cancer, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of March 3, 2025, as National Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Day.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to allow a surviving spouse of a Medal of Honor recipient to receive a special pension concurrently with dependency and indemnity compensation, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 216 Cumberland Street in Rochester, New York, as the Minister Franklin Florence Memorial Post Office.
