Congressional Tribute to Constance Baker Motley Act of 2025

To prohibit the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services from disclosing Medicaid data for law enforcement purposes related to immigration, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the disclosure of records by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of individuals for the purposes of immigration enforcement, and for other purposes.

To amend title 37, United States Code, to exclude the basic allowance for housing from the calculation of gross household income for purposes of the basic needs allowance for eligible members of the Armed Forces.

Restore Trust in Congress Act

To provide for congressional oversight of domestic use of the reserve components of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the 50th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Cabo Verde and celebrating the contributions of Cabo Verdean-Americans to democracy in Cabo Verde and the United States.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments under the Medicaid program to certain entities.

To direct the Secretary of Education to reissue the solicitation and award the contract relating to the Charting My Path for Future Success project.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives on Nelson Mandela International Day.

Saving Lives and Taxpayer Dollars Act

To impose a moratorium on closing, suspending, terminating leases of, ceasing construction of, consolidating, or otherwise imposing any new limitation on access to facilities of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10 to shorten breach reporting timelines, increase program transparency, and improve congressional oversight of Department of Defense cost overruns with respect to the cost growth for major systems, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of July 10th as Journeyman Lineworkers Recognition Day.

To establish a comprehensive United States Government initiative to build the capacity of young leaders and entrepreneurs in Africa, and for other purposes.
