To direct the Joint Committee on the Library to procure a statue of Benjamin Franklin for placement in the Capitol.

To speed up the deployment of electricity transmission and clean energy, with proper input from affected communities, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to forgive the Federal student loans of borrowers who are enrolled for benefits under part A of title XVIII of the Social Security Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to require that annual State report cards reflect the same race groups as the decennial census of population.

To amend the Solid Waste Disposal Act to reduce the production and use of certain single-use plastic products and packaging, to improve the responsibility of producers in the design, collection, reuse, recycling, and disposal of consumer products and packaging, to prevent pollution from consumer products and packaging from entering into animal and human food chains and waterways, and for other purposes.

To address and take action to prevent bullying and harassment of students.
