Bank-Fintech Partnership Enhancement Act

To allow Federal taxes to be paid in Bitcoin, and for other purposes.

To require adequate traceability for expenditures by the Federal Government.

To provide for a system of regulation of the offer and sale of digital commodities by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and for other purposes.

To amend the Securities Act of 1933 to codify certain qualifications of individuals as accredited investors for purposes of the securities laws.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal green energy tax subsidies.

To award 3 Congressional Gold Medals to the members of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, in recognition of their extraordinary achievement at the 1980 Winter Olympics where, being comprised of amateur collegiate players, they defeated the dominant Soviet hockey team in the historic Miracle on Ice, revitalizing American morale at the height of the Cold War, inspiring generations and transforming the sport of hockey in the United States.

To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to prevent consumer reporting agencies from furnishing consumer reports under certain circumstances, and for other purposes.

To establish an Independent Financial Technology Working Group to Combat Terrorism and Illicit Financing, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to provide for greater transparency and protections with regard to Bank Secrecy Act reports, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to molecularly targeted pediatric cancer investigations, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to support cell-cultured meat, and for other purposes.

Do No Harm in Medicaid Act

To repeal the Corporate Transparency Act.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To promote freedom, fairness, and economic opportunity by repealing the income tax and other taxes, abolishing the Internal Revenue Service, and enacting a national sales tax to be administered primarily by the States.
