To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the eighth anniversary of Hurricane Maria’s destruction of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.

To direct the Secretary of Education to carry out a grant program to support arts education at minority-serving institutions of higher education.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 15, 2025, as National Latino Gastronomic Cuisine Week, and celebrating the vibrant and diverse culinary traditions of Latino gastronomy.
