Fairness for Servicemembers and their Families Act of 2025

A resolution recognizing religious freedom as a fundamental right, expressing support for international religious freedom as a cornerstone of United States foreign policy, and expressing concern over increased threats to and attacks on religious freedom around the world.

JOBS Act of 2025

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit certain financial service providers who deny fair access to financial services from using taxpayer funded discount window lending programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove silencers from the definition of firearms, and for other purposes.

To establish a commission to study the relocation of certain agencies outside of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and for other purposes.

To implement a 5-year pilot program establishing a performance-based pay structure for certain Federal employees in order to enhance productivity, accountability, and employee satisfaction in public service.

To require Executive agencies to submit to Congress a study of the impacts of expanded telework and remote work by agency employees during the COVID–19 pandemic and a plan for the agency’s future use of telework and remote work, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination based on political affiliation in granting disaster assistance.

To amend title 17, United States Code, to provide fair treatment of radio stations and artists for the use of sound recordings, and for other purposes.

HALT Fentanyl Act

To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to provide assistance for common interest communities, condominiums, and housing cooperatives damaged by a major disaster, and for other purposes.

Purple Heart Veterans Education Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a credit against tax for charitable donations to nonprofit organizations providing education scholarships to qualified elementary and secondary students.

To restrict United States voluntary and assessed contributions to the United Nations, and for other purposes.

DLARA

To make certain repairs, replacements, and restorations of private roads and bridges eligible for reimbursement under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and for other purposes.

Veterans’ Assuring Critical Care Expansions to Support Servicemembers (ACCESS) Act of 2025

A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that tax-exempt fraternal benefit societies have historically provided and continue to provide critical benefits to the people and communities of the United States.
