Expressing the opposition of the House of Representatives to the Chinese Communist Party’s stolen valor historical revisionism with regards to Allied Victory in Asia, commemorating the contributions made by the Republic of China to Allied Victory, and acknowledging the postwar contributions of the Government of Japan to peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific.

To amend Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to improve attorney accountability, and for other purposes.

To restrict certain Federal grants for States that grant driver licenses to illegal immigrants and fail to share information about criminal aliens with the Federal Government.

To amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Attorney General to develop a database of sanctuary jurisdictions, prohibit Federal funds from being obligated or expended with respect to such jurisdictions, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to exempt from inspection the slaughter of animals and the preparation of carcasses conducted at a custom slaughter facility, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that an alien who has been convicted of harming animals used in law enforcement is inadmissible and deportable, and for other purposes.

To provide for the conveyance of certain Federal land in Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 1511 of title 36, United States Code, to impose certain requirements on the National Education Association, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the acquisition and ownership of agricultural land and residential real property by certain foreign entities, and for other purposes.

To repeal section 14(g)(5)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to create a special rule for treating trained individuals as trained personnel of a school for purposes of giving preference to States for children’s asthma treatment grant programs, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit capacity-based restrictions on firearm magazines, and for other purposes.

To require interviews conducted by officers and employees of Federal law enforcement agencies to be recorded.

To promote fair and equal treatment by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration with respect to certain firearms industry applicants for assistance, and for other purposes.

Veteran Burial Timeliness and Death Certificate Accountability Act

To remove the Mexican wolf from the lists of threatened species and endangered species published pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and for other purposes.

To make immune from liability any manufacturer of critical infrastructure for claims resulting from wildfire incidents, and for other purposes.

To provide that no Federal funds may be used for the Deferred Enforced Departure Program, or any successor program, and for other purposes.

To require any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly to be subject to Senate ratification.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the procedure to designate a foreign state, and for other purposes.
