Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act

To ensure State and local law enforcement officers are permitted to cooperate with Federal officials to protect our communities from violent criminals and suspected terrorists who are illegally present in the United States.

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to require providers of a covered service to provide location information concerning the telecommunications device of a user of such service to an investigative or law enforcement officer or an employee or other agent of a public safety answering point in an emergency situation involving risk of death or serious physical harm or in order to respond to the user’s call for emergency services.

To limit the authority of the Small Business Administration to facilitate access to voter registration, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to ensure that the small business regulatory budget for a small business concern in a fiscal year is not greater than zero, and for other purposes.

To curtail the political weaponization of Federal banking agencies by eliminating reputational risk as a component of the supervision of depository institutions.
