To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to ensure the appropriate availability of personal care services under the Medicaid program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to treat Indian Tribal Governments in the same manner as State governments for certain Federal tax purposes, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to jointly adopt and use interoperable image-sharing software technology for the purpose of sharing medical images and related data at medical facilities of the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Colorado River Basin Project Act to provide for the equitable distribution of Colorado River water for the lower basin States, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should reduce and maintain the Federal unified budget deficit at or below 3 percent of gross domestic product.

Reporting Accountability and Abuse Prevention Act of 2026

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 13355 North Lon Adams Road in Marana, Arizona, as the Mayor Ed Honea Memorial Post Office.

ADOPT Act of 2025

Recognizing the strategic value of the historical partnership between the United States and India.

To amend the One Big Beautiful Bill Act to provide an exception to the parole fee for the parole of an alien for a sacred Tribal or religious ceremony, cultural exchange, or celebration, and for other purposes.

Ejiao Act of 2025

To amend section 404 of title 39, United States Code, to permit contractors to independently continue operating contract postal units that would otherwise be closed by the United States Postal Service, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life and legacy of Charles "Charlie" James Kirk.

To direct the Secretary of Energy to support research and development on extraction of critical minerals from brine to reduce the dependence of the United States on the importation of such minerals, illustrating that innovative technology for domestic extraction could be a more cost efficient and environmentally friendly alternative than traditional extraction methods, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the 60th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Singapore and supporting a strong United States-Singapore relationship.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 14, 2025, through September 20, 2025, as Telehealth Awareness Week.

Restore Trust in Congress Act

To require the Comptroller General to submit a report to the appropriate committees of Congress on the potential of artificial intelligence to assist the Internal Revenue Service in detecting tax fraud.

To authorize the President of the United States to issue letters of marque and reprisal with respect to acts of aggression against the United States a member of a criminal enterprise or any conspirator associated with an enterprise involved in cybercrimes, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 765 West Old Route 66 in Ash Fork, Arizona, as the "Fayrene Hume Post Office".
