To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to exempt from inspection the slaughter of animals and the preparation of carcasses conducted at a custom slaughter facility, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to end the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers, and for other purposes.

To require adequate traceability for expenditures by the Federal Government.

Medal of Sacrifice Act

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to phase out the enhanced Federal match applicable to medical assistance provided to low-income adults.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve risk adjustment under Medicare Advantage, and for other purposes.

To require the Government Accountability Office to evaluate the effects of anticompetitive contracting clauses in contracts between health insurers and health care providers and to determine actions taken by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice relating to the use of such clauses in such contracts and to assess their ability to effectively enforce the Federal antitrust laws with respect to such use.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to repeal the Obamacare ban on provider-owned hospitals, and for other purposes.

To give the Federal Trade Commission authority over certain tax-exempt organizations.

To eliminate the inpatient-only service list.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish new community benefit standards for tax-exempt hospital organizations, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act and title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to address incorrect billing by off-campus hospital locations, and for other purposes.

To direct the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation of the Department of Health and Human Services to conduct an annual study on health care competition and consolidation at the State level.

To amend the Pension Funding Equity Act of 2004 to repeal the antitrust exemption applicable to graduate medical resident matching programs.

Sanctioning Russia Act of 2025

To require the Attorney General to submit to the Congress a report that includes the demographic data of persons determined to be ineligible to purchase a firearm based on a background check performed by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System.

To provide that States that provide for an election for Federal office that include text in any language other than English are ineligible to receive certain Federal funds, and for other purposes.

To codify Executive Order 14210 relating to implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative.

To repeal restrictions on the export and import of natural gas.
