To amend title 5, United States Code, to establish Lunar New Year Day as a Federal holiday, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to allow all eligible voters to vote by mail in Federal elections.

Expressing strong disapproval of the President’s announcement to withdraw the United States from the Paris Agreement.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to allow schools that participate in the school lunch program under such Act to serve whole milk.
