To prohibit any Federal law from making the manufacturer of a COVID–19 vaccine immune from suit or liability, or limiting the liability of such a manufacturer, with respect to claims for loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the administration to or the use by an individual of a COVID–19 vaccine, and for other purposes.

Collision Avoidance Systems Act of 2025

To repeal the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act of 2020 and the Children’s Gasoline Burn Prevention Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To prohibit the obligation or expenditure of Federal funds for disinformation research grants, and for other purposes.

National Right-to-Work Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to eliminate lead oxide, antimony, and sulfuric acid as taxable chemicals under the Superfund excise taxes.

To prohibit payment card networks and covered entities from requiring the use of or assigning merchant category codes that distinguish a firearms retailer from general-merchandise retailer or sporting-goods retailer, and for other purposes.

To abolish the United States Agency for International Development, and for other purposes.

To provide for improved management of Federal lands and increased efficiencies within public land agencies while strengthening tourism, conservation, outdoor recreation, grazing, responsible energy production, and other multiple uses.

To rescind certain unobligated balances relating to charging and fueling grants and national electric vehicle grants.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the inclusion in gross income of Social Security benefits.
