To direct the Secretary of Energy to conduct a study of the feasibility of establishing a refined fuel storage reserve in the Western United States.

To include sexual assault and aggravated sexual violence in the definition of aggravated felonies under the Immigration and Nationality Act in order to expedite the removal of aliens convicted of such crimes.

To strengthen the rights of crime victims, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit recognized accrediting agencies and associations from requiring, encouraging, or coercing institutions of higher education to meet any political litmus test or violate any right protected by the Constitution as a condition of accreditation.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the detention and removal of certain aliens belonging to international criminal gangs.

To authorize additional district judges for the district courts and convert temporary judgeships.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a credit against tax for charitable donations to nonprofit organizations providing education scholarships to qualified elementary and secondary students.

Recognizing Edmundo González of Venezuela as the winner of the Venezuelan Election which took place on July 28th, 2024 and condemning the Maduro regime.

To impose certain limitations on the use of grants made under the Shelter and Services Program.

To require each agency to evaluate the permitting system of the agency, to consider whether a permit by rule could replace that system, and for other purposes.

To rescind unobligated COVID–19 relief funds and certain infrastructure funds to offset the cost of the supplemental foreign assistance made available for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide that non-Federal revenue generated through certain distance education programs may be counted purposes of the non-Federal revenue requirements applicable to proprietary institutions of higher education (commonly known as the 90/10 rule).

Condemning campus protest backers.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 20 West Main Street in Santaquin, Utah, as the SGT Bill Hooser Post Office Building.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To prohibit individuals who are not citizens of the United States from voting in elections in the District of Columbia and to repeal the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022.

To prohibit a student athlete from being considered an employee of an institution, a conference, or an association based on participation in certain intercollegiate athletics.

To ensure electric vehicle companies do not use child or slave labor in the manufacture of, or sourcing of materials for, electric vehicles.

To provide for the expeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel and other matters.

To provide for congressional oversight of proposed changes to arms sales to Israel.
