To redesignate certain facilities at Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in honor of Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr.

Honoring the life, achievements, legacy, and public service of former President James Earl Jimmy Carter, Jr.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg, in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Washington, D.C. Admission Act

To redesignate certain facilities at Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in honor of Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr.

To enhance the rights of domestic employees, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at Block 1025, Lots 18 & 19, Northeast Corner of US Route 9 South and Main Street in the Township of Middle, County of Cape May, New Jersey, as the George Henry White Post Office Building.

To amend and reauthorize the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a minimum tax on certain wealthy taxpayers that takes into account unrealized gains.

To establish a grant program for States to support apprentices in apprenticeships programs, and for other purposes.

To establish leave policies of the Armed Forces for a member to seek an abortion.

To require information about the motor vehicle plant in which vehicles are assembled for Federal procurement, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to eliminate interest on student loans, establish the Education Affordability Trust Fund, increase annual and aggregate loan limits, and for other purposes.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to provide for greater spousal protection under defined contribution plans, and for other purposes.

To amend title 23, United States Code, to provide sanctions for States using certain congestion pricing systems, to amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to require consent of affected States in carrying out value pricing pilot projects, and for other purposes.

To prohibit and prevent seclusion, mechanical restraint, chemical restraint, and dangerous restraints that restrict breathing, and to prevent and reduce the use of physical restraint in schools, and for other purposes.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a refundable tax credit for certain teachers as a supplement to State efforts to provide teachers with a livable wage, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.
