National Biotechnology Initiative Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reform the low-income housing credit, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to award grants to nonprofit organizations to assist such organizations in carrying out programs to provide service dogs to eligible veterans, and for other purposes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

Sanctioning Russia Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide special rules for purposes of determining if financial guaranty insurance companies are qualifying insurance corporations under the passive foreign investment company rules.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to establish a dairy nutrition incentive program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax on heavy trucks and trailers, and for other purposes.

To authorize livestock producers and their employees to take black vultures in order to prevent death, injury, or destruction to livestock, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the application of the base erosion and anti-abuse tax with respect to certain entities connected to jurisdictions which have implemented an extraterritorial tax.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide an investment credit for converting non-residential buildings to affordable housing.

To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to establish deadlines for the obligation and expenditure of funds and allow States to establish rainy day funds under the program of block grants to States for temporary assistance for needy families.

Recognizing the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps.

To strengthen and enhance the competitiveness of American industry through the research and development of advanced technologies to improve the efficiency of cement, concrete, and asphalt production, and for other purposes.

To require the Attorney General to develop reports relating to violent attacks against law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to the regulation of zootechnical animal food substances.

Expressing the sense that Congress and the administration must work together, with urgency, to pursue effective food and agricultural trade policies.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay for disability retirees with combat-related disabilities, and for other purposes.
