To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to limit cost sharing for prenatal services in certain circumstances.

To prohibit market or product-focused research on children and minors, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to publish a report on the fertilizer industry, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of November as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Awareness Month.

NEST Act

To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to increase the dollar amounts for the payment of certain disability compensation and dependency and indemnity compensation under the laws administered by the Secretary.

Supporting the designation of November 15, 2025, as America Recycles Day to raise awareness of, and promote a national discussion about, recycling, and advance the circular economy.

To ensure that certain members of the Armed Forces who served in female cultural support teams receive proper credit for such service.

Honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans on Veterans Day, 2025.

To provide for a period of continuing appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations under the normal appropriations process, to establish procedures and consequences in the event of a failure to enact appropriations, and for other purposes.

To appropriate funds to ensure uninterrupted benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

To appropriate funds for pay and allowances of excepted Federal employees for periods of work performed during a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

MARA Act of 2025

To provide that Members of Congress may not receive pay after October 1 of any fiscal year in which Congress has not approved a concurrent resolution on the budget and passed the regular appropriations bills.
