Veteran Burial Timeliness and Death Certificate Accountability Act

Denouncing the attack on a U.S. Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas, on July 7, 2025.

To amend title 3, United States Code, to clarify that certain Presidential functions may not be delegated or carried out using any automated equipment.

To require elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to ensure biological fairness in women’s sports as a condition of receiving Federal funds, and for other purposes.

To provide authority to enhance security assistance with countries that are engaged in regional security cooperation efforts in the Middle East and North Africa, and for other purposes.
