Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025

HALT Fentanyl Act

Proposing a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

To establish an advisory committee on military financial services in the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for an alternative removal for performance or misconduct for Federal employees.

To amend section 102(a)(20) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to require the exclusion of service-connected disability compensation when determining whether a person is a person of low and moderate income, a person of low income, or a person of moderate income, and for other purposes.

To provide the United States Government with additional tools to deter state and non-state actors from wrongfully detaining United States nationals for political leverage, and for other purposes.

To amend the Robert Levinson Hostage Recovery and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act to require the Secretary of State to provide additional information to Congress regarding United States nationals detained abroad, and for other purposes.

Calling for the removal of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Chairman Martin J. Gruenberg from his position, effective immediately.

To increase access to affordable housing, reduce regulatory barriers, increase oversight, and assist the most vulnerable.

To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to prohibit consumer reporting agencies from furnishing consumer reports containing adverse items of information about a consumer that resulted from that consumer being unlawfully or wrongfully detained abroad or held hostage abroad.

To provide for a limitation on funds for Afghanistan.

To address the public safety issues and environmental destruction currently impacting Federal lands along the southern border, enhance border security through the construction of navigable roads on Federal lands along the southern border, provide U.S. Customs and Border Protection access to Federal lands to improve the safety and effectiveness of enforcement activities, allow States to place temporary barriers on Federal land to secure the southern border, reduce the massive trash accumulations and environmental degradation along the southern border, reduce the cultivation of illegal cannabis on Federal lands, mitigate wildland fires caused by illegal immigration, and prohibit migrant housing on Federal lands.

Expressing support for the recognition of October 2024 as National Dyslexia Awareness Month.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To amend the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 to provide for a prohibition on contributions to the United Nations relating to Israel.

To provide for regulatory sandboxes that permit certain persons to experiment with artificial intelligence without expectation of enforcement actions.

To amend section 5336 of title 31, United States Code, to provide existing small businesses with an additional year to file beneficial ownership information, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

Urging the Government of Nigeria to immediately release Tigran Gambaryan from imprisonment.
