To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in commemoration of the continual recognition of the Nation’s semiquincentennial by honoring over 250 years of Americans’ service and sacrifice.

HALT Fentanyl Act

To establish an advisory committee on military financial services in the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

To amend section 102(a)(20) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to require the exclusion of service-connected disability compensation when determining whether a person is a person of low and moderate income, a person of low income, or a person of moderate income, and for other purposes.

To provide the United States Government with additional tools to deter state and non-state actors from wrongfully detaining United States nationals for political leverage, and for other purposes.

To amend the Robert Levinson Hostage Recovery and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act to require the Secretary of State to provide additional information to Congress regarding United States nationals detained abroad, and for other purposes.

To increase access to affordable housing, reduce regulatory barriers, increase oversight, and assist the most vulnerable.

To address the public safety issues and environmental destruction currently impacting Federal lands along the southern border, enhance border security through the construction of navigable roads on Federal lands along the southern border, provide U.S. Customs and Border Protection access to Federal lands to improve the safety and effectiveness of enforcement activities, allow States to place temporary barriers on Federal land to secure the southern border, reduce the massive trash accumulations and environmental degradation along the southern border, reduce the cultivation of illegal cannabis on Federal lands, mitigate wildland fires caused by illegal immigration, and prohibit migrant housing on Federal lands.

To provide for regulatory sandboxes that permit certain persons to experiment with artificial intelligence without expectation of enforcement actions.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the expenses treated as qualified higher education expenses for purposes of 529 accounts to include additional elementary and secondary school expenses and certain postsecondary credentialing expenses.
