To address the homelessness and housing crises, to move toward the goal of providing for a home for all Americans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand, and make permanent certain modifications of, the earned income credit.

To modify the requirements applicable to locatable minerals on public domain land, and for other purposes.

To amend the Tribal Forest Protection Act of 2004 to improve that Act, and for other purposes.

To approve the settlement of water rights claims of the Pueblos of Acoma and Laguna in the Rio San José Stream System and the Pueblos of Jemez and Zia in the Rio Jemez Stream System in the State of New Mexico, and for other purposes.

To reform the antitrust laws to better protect competition in the American economy, to amend the Clayton Act to modify the standard for an unlawful acquisition, to deter anticompetitive exclusionary conduct that harms competition and consumers, to enhance the ability of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission to enforce the antitrust laws, and for other purposes.

To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.
