Stop Ballroom Bribery Act

To establish in the Department of State a Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Peoples, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 4 of title 5, United States Code, to require cooperation with Inspector General requests, and for other purposes.

To ensure that whistleblowers, including contractors, are protected from retaliation when a Federal employee orders a reprisal, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority to award follow-on production contracts or transactions, procure supplies for experimental or test purposes, and acquire innovative commercial products and commercial services, and for other purposes.

To transfer Homeland Security Investigations from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, redesignate U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as U.S. Immigration Compliance Enforcement, and for other purposes.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to codify the Transportation Security Administration’s responsibility relating to securing pipeline transportation and pipeline facilities against cybersecurity threats, acts of terrorism, and other nefarious acts that jeopardize the physical security or cybersecurity of pipelines, and for other purposes.

To improve the passenger experience during aviation checkpoint security screening, without reducing security effectiveness, by encouraging the deployment of technological and other solutions, and for other purposes.
