To prohibit institutions of higher education from mandating COVID–19 vaccines for students or staff.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to establish that fiduciaries must act with prudence and loyalty when selecting service providers for pension plans.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 and the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to provide rules of construction that nothing in those Acts requires the use, teaching, promotion, or recommendation of any academic discipline, program, or activity that holds that the United States is a Nation founded on white supremacy and oppression, or that these forces are at the root of American society.

To establish a private right of action for parents with respect to the teaching of racial discrimination theory and other actions by covered schools, and for other purposes.

To amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make using certain pedagogies in any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance a violation of such Act, and for other purposes.

To provide that the final rule of the Department of Homeland Security entitled Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds shall have the full force and effect of law, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s rule titled Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators.

To repeal the Federal charter for the National Education Association.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to promote transparency in health coverage and reform pharmacy benefit management services with respect to group health plans, and for other purposes.

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Lynchburg, Virginia, as the Private First Class Desmond T. Doss VA Clinic.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes, and for other purposes.

To prohibit contributions to the United Nations Green Climate Fund, and for other purposes.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, the Public Health Service Act, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude from the definition of health insurance coverage certain medical stop-loss insurance obtained by certain plan sponsors of group health plans, and for other purposes.

To prohibit no-knock raids from being conducted by Federal law enforcement officers, and other purposes.

To declare English as the official language of the United States, to establish a uniform English language rule for naturalization, and to avoid misconstructions of the English language texts of the laws of the United States, pursuant to Congress’ powers to provide for the general welfare of the United States and to establish a uniform rule of naturalization under article I, section 8, of the Constitution.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that an alien who has been convicted of a crime is ineligible for asylum, and for other purposes.

To amend the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 to provide whistleblower protection for union employees.

To repeal the wage rate requirements commonly known as the Davis-Bacon Act.

To amend the Labor Management Relations Act to prohibit neutrality agreements, and for other purposes.

To direct the Attorney General to report to Congress on how United States taxpayer-funded research has benefitted China, and for other purposes.
