Reproductive Freedom for Veterans Act

To amend title 39, United States Code, and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to improve procedures and requirements related to election mail.

To establish a democracy advancement and innovation program, and for other purposes.

To remove barriers to the ability of unhoused individuals to register to vote and vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments under the Medicaid program to certain entities.

To support the establishment or expansion and operation of programs using a network of public and private community entities to provide mentoring for children and youth with experience in foster care.

To amend the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a national biochar research network, and for other purposes.

Resident Physician Shortage Reduction Act of 2025

To amend the Federal Rules of Evidence to limit the admissibility of evidence of a defendant’s creative or artistic expression against such defendant, and for other purposes.

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Bloomington, Illinois, as the Andrew Jackson Smith Medal of Honor Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic.

To provide for a 3-day waiting period before a person may receive a handgun, with exceptions.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to include extreme heat in the definition of a major disaster.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to develop and implement a program and national strategic action plan to prepare and empower the health care sector to protect the health and well-being of our workers, our communities, and our planet in the face of the climate crisis, and for other purposes.

To require the Securities and Exchange Commission to revise the definition of a qualifying investment, for purposes of the exemption from registration for venture capital fund advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, to include an equity security issued by a qualifying portfolio company and to include an investment in another venture capital fund, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from heat-related injuries and illnesses.

To increase the quality and supply of child care and lower child care costs for families.

Demanding the immediate release of all Federal documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein.

To develop weather tools for electricity system planning and operational modeling, expand research on extreme weather event scenarios for energy utility companies and regulators, and for other purposes.
