To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to clarify Federal law with respect to reporting certain positive consumer credit information to consumer reporting agencies, and for other purposes.

To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To promote and protect from discrimination living organ donors.

To amend section 1507 of title 18, United States Code, to establish appropriate penalties for obstruction of justice by picketing or parading in or near court buildings or residences of judges, jurors, witnesses, or other court officers.

To amend titles 10 and 38, United States Code, to improve benefits and services for surviving spouses, and for other purposes.

To improve certain criminal provisions.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture from prohibiting the use of lead ammunition or tackle on certain Federal land or water under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the procurement of solar panels manufactured or assembled in the People's Republic of China.

To oppose the provision of assistance to the People's Republic of China by the multilateral development banks.

To terminate the Department of Defense memorandum relating to access to abortions, to prohibit the use of travel and transportation allowances, medical convalescent leave, and administrative absences to travel to obtain abortions, and for other purposes.

To close loopholes in the immigration laws that serve as incentives to aliens to attempt to enter the United States unlawfully, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to permit the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to terminate the insured status of a depository institution that refuses to provide services to certain Federal contractors, and for other purposes.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to list fentanyl-related substances as schedule I controlled substances.

To amend section 212(d)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to reform immigration parole, and for other purposes.

To require any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly to be subject to Senate ratification.

To prohibit Federal funds from being made available to facilities that refuse to provide treatment based on COVID–19 vaccination status.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove silencers from the definition of firearms, and for other purposes.

To require asylum officers at United States embassies and consulates to conduct credible fear screenings before aliens seeking asylum may be permitted to enter the United States to apply for asylum, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for extensions of detention of certain aliens ordered removed, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit certain financial service providers who deny fair access to financial services from using taxpayer funded discount window lending programs, and for other purposes.
