To direct the Attorney General of the United States to submit to the Congress a report on Federal criminal offenses, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to provide Members of Congress with access on a real-time basis to updated information about Federal awards and with access to information on payments made to individual recipients of Federal assistance and Federal employees, and for other purposes.

Association Health Plans Act

To enforce the requirement that the National Instant Criminal Background Check System make a final disposition of requests to correct its records within 60 days, and for other purposes.

To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to optimize conservation through resource prioritization, incentivize wildlife conservation on private lands, provide for greater incentives to recover listed species, create greater transparency and accountability in recovering listed species, streamline the permitting process, eliminate barriers to conservation, and restore congressional intent.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that aliens who have been convicted of or who have committed an offense for driving while intoxicated or impaired are inadmissible and deportable.

To promote freedom, fairness, and economic opportunity by repealing the income tax and other taxes, abolishing the Internal Revenue Service, and enacting a national sales tax to be administered primarily by the States.
