Grizzly Bear State Management Act

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to limit the number of terms that a Member of Congress may serve.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025

Proposing a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out activities to suppress wildfires, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

Proven Forest Management Act of 2025

To amend the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to expand the capacity of junior or community colleges and area career and technical education schools to conduct training services, education, and outreach activities for careers in the residential construction industry.

To expedite under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and improve forest management activities on National Forest System lands, on public lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, and on Tribal lands to return resilience to overgrown, fire-prone forested lands, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the importation of certain minerals from the Russian Federation.

To provide for the approval of the Amendment to the Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for Cooperation on the Uses of Atomic Energy for Mutual Defense Purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide Tribal courts and law enforcement with more tools to combat the opioid epidemic.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve access of health care providers of the Department of Veterans Affairs to prescription drug monitoring programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Crow Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act of 2010 to make improvements to that Act, and for other purposes.

To take certain mineral interests into trust for the benefit of the Crow Tribe of Montana, and for other purposes.

To provide for certain reforms pertaining to Chevron deference.

To provide for the sunset of rules upheld based on Chevron deference.

To establish the Wildlife Movement and Movement Area Grant Program and the State and Tribal Migration Research Program, and for other purposes.

To require each agency to evaluate the permitting system of the agency, to consider whether a permit by rule could replace that system, and for other purposes.
