Supporting the designation of the week including June 23, 2023, as National Women’s Sports Week to celebrate the anniversary of the passage of title IX and the growth of women’s sports.

To formally establish within statute an independent scientific research and development agency known as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To direct the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to establish a grant program to fund youth fishing projects.

To amend chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, to require Senior Executive Service and schedule C employees to disclose Federal student loan debt, and for other purposes.

To streamline Federal, State, and local permitting and regulatory reviews to expedite the deployment of communications facilities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to amend provisions relating to franchise term and termination and provisions relating to the elimination or modification of requirements in franchises, and for other purposes.

To repeal each gun control measure enacted by the 117th Congress, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Education to implement corrective measures for a local educational agency or institution of higher education that prohibits or constrains fossil fuel sector employment recruitment, and for other purposes.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To keep schools safe using unobligated Federal funds available to the Secretary of Education to respond to the coronavirus.

To provide for safe schools and safe communities.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for an exclusion from gross income for compensation of certain school resource officers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure campus access at public institutions of higher education for religious groups.
