To establish certain digital asset prohibitions with respect to elected Government officials, and for other purposes.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to provide for a code of conduct for justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for certain cognitive impairment detection in the Medicare annual wellness visit and initial preventive physical examination.

Stronger Communities through Better Transit Act

To require a report on detainees in the custody of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), and for other purposes.

To amend the Securities Act of 1933 to codify certain qualifications of individuals as accredited investors for purposes of the securities laws.

Nurse Staffing Standards for Hospital Patient Safety and Quality Care Act of 2025

To establish a trust fund to provide for adequate funding for water and sewer infrastructure, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Order 14160.

Recognizing the significance of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month as an important time to celebrate the significant contributions of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders to the history of the United States.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.

To prohibit commercial sexual orientation conversion therapy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 with respect to emergency assistance for farm workers, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of May 4 through May 10, 2025, as Wildfire Preparedness Week, the national event educating the public on fire safety and preparedness, and supporting the goals of a Wildfire Preparedness Week.
