Loan Equity for Advanced Professionals Act

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 80 Prospect Street in Avon, New York, as the Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz Memorial Post Office Building.

To establish in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security a program to promote the cybersecurity field to disadvantaged communities, including older individuals, racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, geographically diverse communities, socioeconomically diverse communities, women, individuals from nontraditional educational paths, individuals who are veterans, and individuals who were formerly incarcerated, and for other purposes.

Commemorating and supporting the goals of World AIDS Day.

To direct the Chief Counsel for Advocacy of the Small Business Administration to establish a hotline to receive notifications of burdensome Government actions, and for other purposes.

No GOUGE Act

To exempt small business concerns from duties imposed pursuant to the national emergency declared on April 2, 2025, by the President and to refund small business concerns the amount of any such duties paid.

To direct the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to improve outreach and education on employee ownership, and for other purposes.

SHINE for Autumn Act of 2025

To facilitate efficient investments and financing of infrastructure projects and new job creation through the establishment of a National Infrastructure Bank, and for other purposes.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

HIV Prevention Now Act

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To impose a moratorium on closing, suspending, terminating leases of, ceasing construction of, consolidating, or otherwise imposing any new limitation on access to facilities of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to declare a public health emergency in connection with health risks associated with climate change, and for other purposes.

To provide a more equitable discharge standard for student loan borrowers.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from heat-related injuries and illnesses.

To permit a registered investment company to omit certain fees from the calculation of Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses, and for other purposes.

To repeal certain Executive orders targeting LGBTQI+ individuals.

To establish certain digital asset prohibitions with respect to elected Government officials, and for other purposes.
